The Belladot Evelina menstrual cup is both environmentally friendly and economical compared to other products, as the same cup is used over and over again. It is also a good alternative to tampons if you have problems with dryness and sensitivity, as it does not disturb the vaginal pH balance.

You can safely wear Belladot Evelina while sleeping, exercising, swimming or traveling. The cup can absorb more fluid than a tampon, reducing the number of trips to the toilet and giving you a greater sense of freedom.

Belladot Evelina is made of body-safe silicone and is soft and easy to use.

There is a handle at the end of the cup that makes it easy to remove. If the handle is too long, you can simply shorten it. Evelina is easy to clean/disinfect. Simply boil the menstrual cup in normal water for 5-7 minutes or use Belladot cleansing gel before inserting it for the first time with each menstruation.

Tips: It may take a few attempts before you feel confident about insertion. We therefore recommend using a panty liner to be on the safe side until you have practiced inserting your menstrual cup correctly.
