How is the lubricant powder prepared?

For a balanced base mixture, shake 6 grams of powder (about one teaspoon) with 250 millilitres of boiled, lukewarm water in a shaker for 30 seconds. Then add another 250 millilitres of lukewarm water, shake again for 30 seconds, and let the gel rest for 30 minutes until the desired consistency is reached.
